How should I store my chile sauce after opening?

To maintain peak freshness and flavor, please refrigerate your jars immediately after opening. Our products typically stay fresh for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator once the seal is broken.

Do you ship your products internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States and to APO/FPO addresses. Due to the perishable nature and glass packaging of our products, we are working on expanding our logistics for international delivery in the future.

Are your chile products gluten-free and vegan?

Most of our sauces and salsas are naturally gluten-free and vegan. However, we always recommend checking the specific ingredient list on each product page to ensure it meets your dietary requirements.

What happens if my glass jars arrive broken?

We take great care in packaging, but accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the broken items and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.

How spicy are your different chile levels?

Our products range from Mild to X-Hot. Mild offers a rich flavor with very little heat, Medium provides a gentle kick, Hot is for those who enjoy a significant burn, and X-Hot is reserved for true chile aficionados.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Yes! As soon as your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your fresh chile's journey to your doorstep.
